The primary school where I painted this 40 meter mural is situated beside St. Stephens Green. Hence the obvious choice of a park theme for the project. There are lots of little stories and incidents dotted throughout the mural to brighten up this very long corridor. These include – a dog barking at a cat up a tree, a school girl trying to catch a pigeon, another dog surprised by a duck in flight, and some schoolgirls giggling over something they’re reading, a fox stalking some unsuspecting squirrels…..Plus a ton more narrative content to keep the viewer amused!
