This corner mural is one of two large pieces for the assembly hall in a school in Dublin. It is part of an Irish mythology series of mural that I have created for the school. The theme here is one of joyful arrival! Dagda plays his magic harp, while a sunrise Ceilí takes place in the distance. A trio of faeries are getting into the music – all watched on by the druid and raven, who sit beneath one of the two oak trees that were felled to make room for the school premises. The hare (present throughout the mural series) has finally arrived and watches the whole scene peacefully from the sidelines.
